    Description

    With incredible views of the sea, Ca Na Xemena is located at the foot of the northern cliffs of the Island. Rock, pine and juniper cliffs that sink into the sea and look up at the sky. The architectural design of the house takes into account the emblematic natural environment, in such a way that the house is integrated into the landscape, in a magnificent exercise of respect for the original natural and landscape values ​​of the place. Architecture and interior design merge to create an achievement of exterior and interior spaces in total coherence and harmony. White textured walls, gray floors and fine woods pay tribute to the famous traditional Ibizan architecture. All the furniture has been specially designed for this unique house.
    Divided into two floors, a winding staircase leads to the entrance of the house on the upper floor. An imposing living room, overlooking the sea and connected to the main terrace and the pool, welcomes us. In this space there is an L-shaped sofa, several puffs and an office space with a large long table with a printer, internet connections and sound equipment. The 6 rooms have a private bathroom, air conditioning and sea views (except one). An additional room with a private bathroom is available on request. The house has a total of 8 bathrooms.
    The infinity pool (12 x 7) blends with the sea and the sky. The large main terrace has a solarium, sun loungers, various chill-out areas and an outdoor dining room with a gas barbecue. It also has an exterior covered area with a table for 14 people. The house has 730m2 and 2000m2 of private land. Parking area with sunroof with space for 5 vehicles.
    The house is oriented to the west, receives sun during all hours of the day and has a direct view of the magical and hypnotic sunset.
    The house is located a few minutes from the port of San Miguel, where you can enjoy the beach, the views and the best cuisine. Ibiza town is about 20 minutes away by car.

    Ca Na Xemena is one of the most emblematic and exclusive houses on the island. It stands out for its unbeatable location, architecture and interior design in total coherence and balance with the nature of the place. Ca Na Xemena is pure harmony, and therefore, radiates a paradisiacal peace.
